Do I need to change after Covid -19 Pandemic?

Change is a big part of being successful. While it took 75 years for 100 million users to get experienced with the telephone, it only took four and a half for the Internet and just over a year for the Candy Crush Saga. So, if you think you won’t change, it is up to you. But you have to adapt to the upcoming change.

From economy to culture, from science to trade, silent stagnation is everywhere. Stock market around the world have been pounded, business is falling off a cliff. It is unlike anything we have ever seen. Thus, this question is inevitable. Will it be same as before or we need to change? Let’s talk about life after Covid-19.

Pandemic is not new to the world. But the unprecedented impact of Covid-19 will change the thought process of people for sure. Physical work could be done by robots, people will be hired for their brain. Companies are pondering that they don’t need to pay thousands of dollars for office rent when their employees can work from home! The sudden increase in working from home is presenting problems as well as opportunities: startups such as Slack and Zoom also established giants including Google and Microsoft are offering their tools for free, in the hope that people who start using them in this crisis may carry on once normality returns. Many of the jobs will be done remotely, just with the internet!

In the post-pandemic world, even governments will have other priorities. Among Healthcare vs defence, This world invested in the wrong fight until this lethal virus hit. The world is now fighting a different kind of protracted war. Even the biggest arms exporters are crippling to fight against this pandemic. From now on, countries may not focus on killing people anymore rather saving people, means a major portion of the annual budget of every country will occupy the health sector over the military.

Even The individual will tend to know how to be healthy, which vitamin is needed for boosting the immune system. Exercise Makes You Happier Than Money Yale and Oxford Research Suggests. Some people wondered how is that possible! Now people will realize its justification and they will start exercising for keeping good mental and physical health.

The last but not least is technology. Almost everyone can guess. Marketing will be digital marketing, Finance will be fintech, the highest paid job would be a data analyst or business intelligence. While humanity strives to create physical distance from each other, the world turns to digital platforms and tools to remain socially connected. Established generations forced to connect digitally are now discovering that technology has got a lot easier to use.
A newfound appreciation for technology coupled with Gen Z’s existing digital intelligence will escalate the adoption rate of new technology at work.
